We visited Palmer Arena to catch a curling match and enjoyed a round at Harrison Park Golf Course. The place was clean, and the staff was super friendly. Perfect location with great parking. Check out their Taco Tuesday. they’re loaded!
One downside was that when we checked in, our room wasn’t ready. We had to wait a bit, but they sorted it out quickly at the front desk.

Clean room and friendly staff, but wi-fi was spotty at times.

missingWrote a review on Nov 27clean roomsconvenient locationconstruction update
Clean rooms with a fresh smell made for a pleasant stay. Conveniently located near main roads and just a mile and a half from the event venue, which really helped with accessibility.
No breakfast served during my stay, and the pool was out of use. The neighborhood felt sketchy at night, so it's advisable to park close enough to keep an eye on your vehicle.

The room was decent and clean, which was nice. You could tell they put some effort into keeping things tidy. However, the couch had a noticeable stain and the carpeting could have been vacuumed better. Overall, it was an okay stay, but could use some upgrades and better attention to detail.

We enjoyed our stay despite having to manage four babies! The convenient location allowed us to easily visit Palmer Arena for some family fun. Plus, the spacious room had everything we needed, including a mini fridge to store snacks for the little ones.
My wife says that the cleaning could use some improvement, especially in the high-traffic areas.

The hotel provided a clean, comfortable environment with pleasant aromas throughout the hallways and room. The front desk staff were efficient and professional, even during a busy check-in. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine. Breakfast offered a decent selection, and the egg & cheese omelet was a highlight.
The breakfast had some shortages, particularly with the juice dispenser and restocking of eggs and waffles.

missingWrote a review on Aug 25welcoming staffdated locationlimited amenities
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process a breeze. The room was clean and neat, with all amenities in good working order. However, the exercise room was quite small and could benefit from additional equipment. Parking was ample, but the location felt a bit dated compared to newer establishments. The hotel's proximity to local dining options and the museum was a plus, but it would have been great to see more modern features added to the facility.
